Yes. Business Pro and Business Ultra are sold by the seat, from five seats to 500, on one subscription with one bill. An owner invites and removes people and can see who is on the team and what each seat is using. Invoice billing is available on request and is standard above 500 seats. Single sign-on — SAML or SCIM — is not available; sign-in is Google, Apple or Microsoft, and seats are managed in Secure AI.
No. We hold none of the three today, and we would rather you learn that here than in a procurement review. Our DPA is at secureai.one/dpa, and we do not currently have SOC 2 either. The redaction runs inside an AWS Nitro Enclave that can provide cryptographic attestation — that is a real control and it is not a certification, and we are careful not to describe it as one.
