Sub-processors

Running Secure AI means relying on a small number of other companies — to host the site, store data, take payments, and generate AI responses. This page lists every one of them, what they do, and what they can see. It is referenced by our Privacy Policy, and Security describes what each one receives on the way.

The AI providers are the ones people ask about most. Your name, email, and account identifiers are stripped before the request leaves our infrastructure, so a provider answers the question without being told whose account it came from.

The message itself is scrubbed too, but not completely. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, card and bank numbers, ID numbers and addresses are swapped for stand-ins before the message leaves, and swapped back in the answer. Location data is stripped from a photo on your device, and faces are painted out before it uploads. What is not covered: employers, job titles and cities, and anything that points at you without naming you. Assume those reach the AI company as you wrote them.

These providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Each one is bound by its own privacy commitments, linked below.

We add and change providers as the product grows — particularly AI providers, where we use a blend of models and expect that blend to keep moving. This page is updated when that happens.

Handled by Secure AI

Some processing doesn't leave our own infrastructure at all. Refinement — the step that shapes and improves a response — runs on the Secure AI model, which we operate ourselves. Nothing in that step is sent to a third party, so it isn't a sub-processor and isn't listed above.
