Why Secure AI exists

To use the most capable tools ever built, you had to hand over your name, your habits, and your most private questions to AI. Secure AI exists because that is backwards: a different kind of front door to artificial intelligence.

The idea is simple. You should be able to use the best models in the world without any of them ever learning who you are. Before a message leaves, your name, your company and your details are swapped for stand-ins, so what reaches the provider is the question — asked by somebody who does not exist. Nothing you write is used to train a model. The technology isn't perfect, and Secure AI would rather say that plainly than promise more than it can prove.

Your conversations are encrypted, and your data is not sold. We hold the key that opens them — it is what lets a chat started on your phone carry on at your desk — so the security page lists exactly what we are able to read. On Ultra even that goes: the message is sealed on your device and opened only inside a computer we cannot see into.

None of this is a setting you have to find, and none of it is a paid tier — the swap runs the same for everyone. It is how the product is built, on every platform and on every plan, including the free one.
