In Secure AI, go to Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you can also cancel there. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

Payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for. If you paid through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests go to Apple or Google.

You sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, so we never have a password to reset. If you're locked out, check that you can sign in to that account, and try another device. Still stuck? Email us.

Close Secure AI fully and open it again, and check you're online. If it still doesn't work, email us what you see and on which device.

Yes. The AI company never learns who you are, and we remove private details like names, phone numbers and card numbers before your message is sent. Nothing you write is used to train AI, and your chats are stored encrypted. It's on for everyone, with nothing to switch on. Detection isn't perfect, so leave out anything you'd never want an AI company to see. Our Security page shows exactly who can see what.
