Pricing questions
Is Secure AI free?
Yes. The Free plan covers everyday use — chats, images and unlimited Projects — anonymous and encrypted by default, with no credit card required. Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Ultra) raise the daily limits and add our most advanced AI. Your remaining allowance is always shown in Settings.
How much does Secure AI cost?
Plus is $10.99/month, Pro is $24.99/month, and Ultra is $99.99/month — all three also offer a discounted yearly price (see plans above for the exact rate). The Free plan is always $0.
What do I get on every plan, including Free?
Every plan — paid or free — keeps your identity anonymous to the AI provider, encrypts your conversations by default, never uses your data to train models, and includes unlimited Projects. Privacy isn't a paid add-on; it's the foundation of the product.
Can Secure AI read my messages?
On every plan, the AI provider never learns who you are — your name, email, location and phone number are replaced with stand-ins before the message reaches them, and put back in the reply. On Ultra and Business Ultra there is a second layer: your message is locked on your device and can only be opened inside a sealed computer that we cannot see into, so we can't read it either. On Free, Plus and Pro your message passes through our own server in the clear for the fraction of a second it takes to strip your details out.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Annual plans bill once a year at the lower effective rate; monthly plans bill each month with no commitment.
Which plan is right for me?
Free is great for trying it out and light daily use. Plus suits regular users who want more chats and images per day. Pro adds our advanced AI and higher limits for power users. Ultra is for the heaviest usage with our most powerful AI.
